Volunteer for Shedd Aquarium + G4G Chicago 10/23
Join G4G – Chicago in partnering with the Shedd Aquarium to work on a huge beach clean up and restoration at 67th St/La Rabida Beach.
Volunteers will be picking up garbage, plastic and other items that litter our beaches on Lake Michigan. Come learn about the Shedd Aquarium’s mission to protect our waterways and connect with other amazing volunteers. Volunteers may also be assisting with other projects connected with the Chicago Park District depending on need and availability.
***Additionally, if you fall into any category of a high risk individual, please stay at home. Thank you for your cooperation during these ever evolving changes.
Please check-in with G4G–Chicago Leaders James and Ryan when you arrive! Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting a little dirty. Masks are required.
