World’s End Stewardship Saturday

Place:    World’s End,  Martins Lane, Hingham, MA

Date/Time:  Saturday September 10, 2022   9:00AM – 1:00 PM

Task:  We will be working in collaboration with The National Park Service at one of New England’s most picturesque and historic ocean-side reservations.  Our job will be to plant native species of plants which will help improve the pollinator habitat and enhance the natural flora and fauna of the reservation.

Event Notes:

    • What to wear: Long pants, socks, and closed-toe shoes. We recommend layers even in the summer. Conditions can be unpredictable so please monitor the weather in the days leading up to the event and dress appropriately.
    • What to bring: Please bring a reusable water bottle. We also recommend bringing sunscreen, bug spray, and a hat. Tools and work gloves will be provided.
    • Directions: Please meet the staff at the entrance to Worlds End. Parking is available. The entrance is also a one-mile walk from the Nantasket Junction stop on the Greenbush commuter rail line.
    • This will be an exciting project and a privilege to be working at such a beautiful reservation with National Park Service and the staff of “the Trustees”
