Volunteer with G4G Seattle and the Delridge Neighborhoods Development Association!


Join us in volunteering with DNDA Staff to remove invasive plants from an urban forest located in the West Duwamish Greenbelt.

Date: Saturday August 13th, 2022

Time: 10:00AM – 12:30PM
Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in.

Location: Soundway  –  14th Ave SW & SW Holly St Ave SW, Seattle WA 98106

Volunteer need: 15

Additional details

Registration: After registering for this event through G4G, you will receive an email with a registration link from DNDA. This is required by DNDA to volunteer, please complete this at least 24 hours prior to the event!

Youth Waiver: Additionally, any youth under the age of 18 volunteering without a parent will need to complete a youth waiver form. Youth waivers can be turned into DNDA staff at the event.

What to Bring:

-Wear weather appropriate clothing (we work rain or shine!), long pants and closed toed shoes are required

-Youth waiver form, if under 18 and attending without a parent/guardian

-Face masks

-Water or snacks you might want during the volunteer event

What will be Provided: 

-Tools

-Gloves, if needed

-Face masks, if needed

-Training on restoration activity

-Background information on project site
