G4G San Francisco + Shanti’s PAWS Holiday Stocking Prep

WHAT: Join G4G SF for Shanti’s PAWS Holiday Stocking Prep event. We will be working directly outside the PAWS office stuffing holiday mailing packages that will contain pet treats and cards for over 500 PAWS clients.

Shanti exists to enhance the health, quality of life and well-being of people with terminal, life-threatening or disabling illnesses or conditions.

Every holiday season, Pets Are Wonderful Support (PAWS) delivers hundreds of holiday gift bags filled with donated pet treats and toys to their clients and their pets throughout SF! It’s a yearly highlight for our community and Shanti’s clients and their beloved pets that look forward to this event each year.

This activity will involve stocking delivery prep-work including stuffing bags, sorting and itemizing materials. Due to COVID-19 safety protocols, the event will be limited to 12 G4G volunteers.

WHEN: Saturday, October 16 from 9:30 to 1:00 pm (registration begins at 9:30 and orientation begins at 9:45).

ADDITIONAL DETAIL:

• Since this is an activity that is taking place outdoors, please be mindful of the weather and dress in layers.
• Please bring your own water bottle.
