Join Gay For Good San Francisco As We Paint the Rainbow World Fund’s Bus of Hope

Founded in 2000, Rainbow World Fund is the world’s first and only all-volunteer, LGBTQ+ humanitarian aid organization. The organization works to help people affected by natural disasters, hunger, poverty, disease, oppression, and war by raising awareness in, and funds from, the LGBTQ+ community to support both LGBTQ+ and non-LGBTQ+ people locally and around the world.

G4G volunteers will be helping paint the organization’s Bus of Hope. Since 2007, the Rainbow Bus, also known as the Bus of Hope, has been used to deliver humanitarian aid — food, medications, medical and emergency shelter supplies to communities in need.  The bus is also used as an outreach tool at community events and during LGBTQ+ Pride.  More information about the Rainbow World Fund and The Bus of Hope.
