Happy New Year! Get ready San Diego volunteers we are ready to kick off our volunteer events in 2023 as we partner with Wild Willow Farm. We will be assisting them with planting, weeding, mulching, composting, bed building, mucking animal pens, developing areas for educational classes and other farm related tasks. With our support, we will be helping with San Diego’s biocultural diversity, educational experiences and inspiring people to connect with natural self-empowerment. This will definitely be an exciting event and we look forward to seeing you there!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR EVERY VOLUNTEER TO KNOW
EVENT DATE: Saturday, January 28
TIME: 9:30am to 12:30pm
LOCATION: 2550 Sunset Avenue, San Diego, CA 92154
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- Face coverings are required
- Casual and comfortable clothing
- Closed-toe shoes, long pants, sleeves and hats are required
- Sun protection is encouraged
- Bring water to stay hydrated
- Be prepared for sunshine, cold/heat and working in the dirt
- Limited to 25 volunteers
