G4G San Diego + San Diego Humane Society Event 08/17/2023

San Diego Humane Society is partnering with us! Join us as we support them with a variety of projects from folding laundry, making frozen meatball treats, prepping cheese and hot dog treats, stuffing toys to even assembling adoption packets. Another project they have for us is to prep bunny hay “burritos” (bring your empty toilet paper rolls if you have ’em) This is a great opportunity to get involved and make a difference for our four legged friends.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR EVERY VOLUNTEER TO KNOW
EVENT DATE: Thursday, August 17
TIME: 5:00pm to 7:00pm
LOCATION: 5500 Gaines St, San Diego, CA 92110
MEETING LOCATION: At the front of the building
PARKING: Street parking is available around the meeting location. You may park in the surrounding streets or in any front parking lot spot not labeled for drop offs/appointments.
Volunteers are welcome to carpool or use public transportation.
DISABILITY ACCOMODATIONS: Available upon request – please email ljohnson@sdhumane.org if there is anything we can clarify or provide to make all participants feel comfortable and fully included.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- Face coverings are encouraged to be worn by unvaccinated volunteers
- Casual and comfortable clothing
- Closed toe shoes are required
- Must be 18 years or older
- Limited to 15 volunteers
