G4G San Diego & PATH San Diego June 5, 2025

What better way to get involved than by giving back? Join us as we team up with our friends at PATH (People Assisting The Homeless) San Diego to assist their chef in preparing and plating meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the residents of Connections Housing. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide a meal to those in need and make a meaningful impact in our community.

Important Information for Every Volunteer to Know

Event Date: Thursday, June 5

Time: 4:45pm to 7:00pm

Location: 1250 6^th Avenue, San Diego CA 92101

Enter the building on the A Street entrance (Not 6^th Street) and check in with security. Inform them that you are here to serve dinner and they will direct you to the kitchen.

Parking: There is no designated parking at PATH. There are parking meters around the building that range from 1 hour to 2 hours and cost $1.25/hour. Parking garages can also be found around the building with an average price of $2.00/20 minutes. There is residential parking located at Seventh Avenue & Beech Street or Seventh Avenue & Cedar Street (approximately 5 blocks away) with free parking for 2 hours.

Volunteers are welcome to use public transportation or purchase parking in a different location.

Additional Details:

• Arrive early
• All volunteers must be vaccinated
• Face coverings are encouraged to be worn
• All volunteers must complete the PATH COVID-19 Volunteer Acknowledgement & Waiver
• Casual and comfortable clothing
• Closed toe shoes are required
• Work gloves must be worn (will be provided)
• Be mindful of the level of appropriateness of your attire
• Must be 18 years or older

COVID Guidelines: If you or a member of your household has shown any signs/symptoms of COVID-19 or any other illness, we ask that you refrain from volunteering at this time.
