G4G San Diego & GLEAM July 16, 2024

San Diego Pride is coming! Let’s celebrate San Diego Pride week with an exciting new partnership with GLEAM, Microsoft’s LGBTQIA+ team. For this event we will be supporting the National Marrow Donor Program in assembling donation kits, learning about their mission and we will even have the opportunity to get swabbed to be a potential bone marrow donor.

Our friends with GLEAM will also be hosting a Thank You Social for us immediately after the event!  We are so excited for this Pride Event! Come celebrate San Diego Pride with us!

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR EVERY VOLUNTEER TO KNOW

EVENT DATE: Tuesday, July 16

TIME: 4:30pm to 7:30pm

LOCATION: 1035 University Avenue, San Diego CA 92103

MEETING LOCATION: Cork & Stem

PARKING:  There is no designated parking.  There are parking meters around the building that range from 1 hour to 2 hours and cost $1.25/hour. Parking garages can also be found around the building with an average price of $2.00/20 minutes.

Volunteers are welcome to use public transportation or purchase parking in a different location.

 

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

• Arrive early
• Face coverings are encouraged to be worn
• Casual and comfortable clothing
• Closed toe shoes are required
• Must be 18 years or older
