Join us once again as we partner with our friends at Roaring Fork Outdoor Volunteers!
G4G is joining RFOV & Wilderness Workshop on September 15 for the ¡Celebremos al Aire Libre! event in honor of Latino Conservation Week! Come and enjoy the outdoors while helping the City of Glenwood Springs with a riverside restoration access project on the banks of the Colorado River. Open to all with translation services provided.
Date: Sunday, September 15, 2024
Time: 9:00am-2:00PM (Feel free to stay as long as you can if five hours is too much)
Location: Two Rivers Park, Glenwood Springs
Additional details: We recommend long pants, sturdy, closed toed shoes, and a hat and sunscreen (for sun protection). We include instruction on how to do the work in English and Spanish (so no experience is needed), we provide food and drink to folks who stay until the end (which is 2:00pm), we also provide the tools and work gloves!
