Join us for our first ever volunteer event with this great organization!
We will clean (scrape up old bedding, hose/disinfect, place new bedding) in their resident bobcat cages, maybe do some work rewrapping some of their bird perches with rope (this helps prevent a foot infection called bumblefoot that’s common in captive birds), possibly clean some of their resident bird cages as well. We’ll definitely plan on a tour of their residents and facility either at the beginning or end of our day. Our work will directly impact the bobcats, eagles, and black bird populations at the facility.
