G4G Raleigh-Durham + TROSA

Join us as we partner for the first time with TROSA, an innovative, multi-year residential program that empowers people with substance use disorders to be productive, recovering individuals by providing comprehensive treatment, experiential vocational training, education, and continuing care. To facilitate this, TROSA operates various services such as Moving and Storage,  Lawn Care, Christmas Tree Lots and a Thrift Store. For information on TROSA,  click HERE

WHEN: Saturday, July 23, 10:00 AM – Noon

WHERE: 3500 North Roxboro St., Durham

DUTIES: Stock sorting, organizing and getting their thrift store ready for opening.

This project is open to volunteers aged 18 and above. We will be following whatever COVID guidelines are in place at the time.  After we are finished, we can grab lunch at a nearby restaurant. The G4G project leader will contact you with further details as we approach the project date.

NOTE: This project is limited to 10 volunteers and may fill up quickly. Please do not sign up unless you are fairly certain you will be able to attend.
