G4G Raleigh-Durham + Habitat For Humanity – Durham

It’s time to don our construction gear again when we return to Durham with Habitat For Humanity and help build a deserving family’s dream home. Depending on the status of the build, volunteers may be doing tasks from initial framing to painting to final landscaping and site clean-up. No construction experience is necessary and all tools and safety equipment will be provided. (You may want to bring your own work gloves, if you have them).  The project runs rain or shine, so wear weather appropriate clothing. Also, sturdy, closed-toe shoes are a must.

The project is open to vaccinated (as per Habitat’s guidelines) individuals, age 18 and above.

WHERE: Durham, NC. Actual location TBD

We can either grab a beverage after the project or meet for lunch prior to it.  The project leader will contact you with these details as well as actual project location, duties and any other pertinent information as the date draws near.
