Join G4G Pittsburgh at Maude’s Paperwing Gallery. Mercury Stardust, Handy Ma’am, from TikTok, is arriving for a book signing at Maude’s Paperwing Gallery. Maude’s needs volunteers to help with crowd control during the book signing. Volunteers will be helping to keep the line organized for the book signing event, including directing people on where to join the line, keeping the line moving, checking to see if people need water or snacks, and other crowd management tasks.

Date: Sunday, September 3rd

Time:

Shift 1: 12:00pm – 3:00pm

Shift 2: 3:00pm – 5:30pm

Location: Maude’s Paperwing Galley, 210 Grant Avenue, Millvale, PA 15209

Parking: Paid & Term Street Parking is available nearby. Multiple Bus routes are available nearby. This event may be crowded, so you are encouraged to carpool or rideshare if possible.

Age Restrictions: None, all ages are welcome!

Additional Information: Volunteers could likely be working outdoors for a portion, or all of their volunteer shift. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes that are suitable for the weather that day. This event will take place rain or shine.

Please be sure to arrive during your designated time shift as there are two shifts of volunteers for this event. When you arrive at the event, please report to our Gay for Good Chapter Leader Allison. If you can’t find Allison, please let someone at the event know you are a volunteer with Gay for Good Pittsburgh, and they will let you know how you can help!

 

 

About Our Partner: Maude’s Paperwing Gallery is by the queer witches of Millvale, PA. They are creating virtual AND IRL community space for LGBTQIA+ witches and friends. A Pittsburgh based, Queer/Woman-owned, metaphysical and LGBTQIA+ gift shop. In need of crystals, herbs, cauldrons? They have those. Looking for new snarky pins and patches to express yourself?
