Join G4G Philly at the Sankofa Community Farm!
Volunteers will work alongside Farm staff to support seasonal plantings, harvesting, weeding, invasive species removal, and orchard support. For the Sankofa Community Farm, use the entrance at 56th Street.

Public Transportation/Parking: The #36 SEPTA trolley stops at the Bartram’s Garden main entrance at 54th Street and Lindbergh Boulevard. Westbound from City Hall: Get off at the northeast corner of 54th and Lindbergh Boulevard, cross Lindbergh and walk west over the small railroad bridge, and turn left into the Garden entrance. Eastbound from Eastwick: Get off at the southwest corner of 54th and Lindbergh and turn right into the Garden entrance.
What To Wear/Bring: Dress for working outdoors, including close toed shoes, layers, and hat. Make sure to bring a water bottle, sunscreen, and work gloves if you have them
