WHAT: Join G4G OC/LONG BEACH Chapter while we walk in the Long Beach Pride Parade, collecting money in the giant Pride flag for the Long Beach AIDS Food Store.

WHEN: Sunday, May 19, 2019. Check-in is at 9:15am; Parade start time is 10:30am. We should make it to the end of the parade route between 12:30pm-1pm.

WHERE: Near start of parade route, on Ocean Blvd & Orizaba (on the Bluff) in Long Beach.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Don’t forget your sun block, comfortable walking shoes, and hats/sunglasses. Free shirts will be provided by the AIDS Food Store. Water will be provided at the beginning of the route, but you will want to bring extra for the walk. We’ll be helping to carry the large Pride flag that (hopefully lots of) spectators will toss their money into, so also bring lots of Pride energy!
