Volunteer With Us at Working Wardrobes!

Calling all handy volunteers. Join us at Working Wardrobes to help with removing and dismantling existing fitting rooms, installing galvanized steel piping as clothing racks, and sorting donations at their donation center in Irvine.

Date:   Saturday, September 30th

Time:    9:00am – 12:00pm

Location: 17392 Daimler St. Suite 150, Irvine, CA 92614

Age Restriction: 18+

Parking: There is a small parking lot at the donation center.

Additional Information: Please bring a water bottle, and wear closed toed shoes.

*Bonus Service Activity – Donated Items Wanted

Working Wardrobes is in need of handbags, jewelry, and women’s ballet flats (all sizes and colors) as these are the most challenging to keep stocked to provide a full look. Help us support Working Wardrobes and their Camp Pendleton “Power Up for Success” event for transitioning female service members to civilian life.

*Any clothing donations must be clean and on hangers. Long Beach area volunteers, if you have items to donate and are not volunteering, please email oclb@gayforgood.org for a drop off location at a residence in Long Beach of the 405 or 605 freeways.
