What we will do:

Join us for an Ocean Friendly Garden workday to refresh the garden space by weeding and outplanting as local artists give the mural a makeover!

Ocean Friendly Garden Workdays aim to restore the helpful functions of watersheds like protecting local water supplies and preventing pollution from reaching the ocean! Help us plant native and climate-friendly species throughout the garden space.

Time: 9am – 11am

Location: 210 Coral St, Honolulu, HI 96813
(adjacent to UH Manoa School of Medicine)

Volunteer Slots: 20

Parking: free at Kaka’ako Waterfront park with a short walk over. Street metered parking (need quarters).

Surfrider Recommends: Bring a pre-filled reusable water bottle and reef safe sunscreen, a hat, and any other sun protection. Must wear closed toe shoes. Also recommended are long sleeves and long pants.
