Join G4G Oahu as We Volunteer at Diamond Head State Park

Volunteer with us as we help out in whatever way Lēʻahi needs this month. We will mostly be working in the Peace Garden but we may also be beautifying the area, pruning native plants and removing invasive plants that threaten them. Overall the day will take us wherever the need is!

Time: 9am – 12pm

Location: Diamond Head Road, Honolulu, HI 96815

Volunteer Slots: 15

Ages: 18+

Project Lead: Bob (he/him)

Parking/Transportation: Accessible by city bus. The Bus runs directly along the Park (check bus #2 or #3). Additional information and parking directions will be sent out closer to the event.

What To Wear/Bring: Wear long sleeves, long pants, a hat, closed-toe shoes, sunscreen… and bring a water bottle.

About Our Partner: Diamond Head (Lē‘ahi) is one of Hawai‘i’s most iconic geological features and a significant natural, cultural, historical, and recreational resource. PURPOSE: To improve and diversify visitor experiences within Diamond Head crater in collaboration with local residents, visitors, community organizations, State agencies, and the general public.
