G4G New York City + AIDS Walk 5/15/2022

Volunteer with G4G NYC for AIDS Walk New York’s return to Central Park on Sunday, May 15, 2022

G4G volunteers will be stationed at specific locations and intersections along the route, assisting with and facilitating the flow of pedestrian, park cyclist, and Walker traffic.  Marshalls are responsible for keeping Walkers within the delineators, cheering on and supporting the Walkers, as well as responding to and reporting any medical situations that may arise in conjunction with our First Aid/Medical Services.   

Orientations: Route Marshalls will need to attend a live zoom orientation the week prior to the event. If you have a conflict, we will provide a recorded version of the orientation, more details soon.

Masks will need to be worn during your volunteer shift. We will have masks available.

The general location for the event is the Naumburg Bandshell near 72^nd Street in Central Park. We will provide more details about location as we move closer to the event.
