G4G New York City + Brooklyn Book Bodega

Join Gay for Good New York City this October to promote youth reading with Brooklyn Book Bodega!  

The mission of Brooklyn Book Bodega is to increase the number of 100+ book homes for kids 0-18 in NYC.

BBB provides access to and ownership of books, builds community, and creates a passion for learning through free events and literacy-based community programming.

We will be helping BBB at the Brooklyn Book Festival Children’s Day in Downtown Brooklyn. The event is an informational where we will be sharing all things BBB (a guide will be provided) and we will setup a reading/craft area for kids.

This is an outdoor event, rain or shine. Causal dress is encouraged, and if you have any G4G gear please trot out our colors! BYO snacks and water.
