Volunteer With G4G as The Wall Las Memorias Celebrates 30 Years of Service
Join us at ¡Salud! a Las Grandes Memorias – A World AIDS Day Music & Health Community Celebration. The event recognizes 30 years of community empowerment and 20 years of the Wall Las Memoria AIDS Monument.
¡SALUD! is a Music & Health Fair with main-stage performances, including Emcee and DJ, live bands, student mariachi, dancing, poetry readings, and speeches from community activists.
They will also celebrate their annual Noche de las Memorias, the largest AIDS awareness event in Los Angeles. This free memorial celebration of life will reveal the etching of new names on the Monument in honor and recognition of those whom we’ve lost to AIDS.
Volunteer tasks at the event may include event set-up, break-down, and assisting with various other activities.
