G4G Los Angeles + Parkinson’s Moving Day | October 5, 2024

Volunteer with G4G at Parkinson’s Moving Day 2024!

Gay for Good volunteers will help to check in volunteers, cheer the teams, and clean up after the event. Join us for a special morning of volunteering to help raise awareness and support the work of the Parkinson’s Foundation and celebrate movement which has been proven to help manage Parkinson’s symptoms. 

Volunteers needed on Friday to help with set up and on Saturday to help with the event as well as tear down.

Multiple Shifts

• Shift 1 – Registration: 7:30am – 10:30am (or 7:30am – 12pm, if you are able to stay later)
• Rewards: 7:30am – 10:30am
• Stage Managers: 8:00am – 11:00am
• Shift 2: 9:00am – 12:00pm

** If you are able to stay until noon on Saturday, we can absolutely use your help!

Other Details:
Parking: free parking available in dirt lot outside park
What to wear: You will be outside. Sunscreen, hat and comfortable shoes recommended.
Ages: 16+
