G4G Los Angeles + Letters to Trans Folks (Virtual Event)

Gay For Good Los Angeles is having a virtual event to send affirming handwritten notes to trans youth and adults. Letters will be mailed to Point of Pride and included in shipments of free chest binders and femme shapewear.

March 31st is International Transgender Day of Visibility. Trans folks, particularly trans youth, all over the world face challenges simply by existing in systems that often don’t provide the support or protections for these folks to be able to not just live but thrive. Join us in writing notes to let them know they are seen, supported, and loved.

What to write: Words of encouragement, positive experiences, let them know they are valid and valued. For more ideas, click on the link.
