Join G4G LA and The LA Zoo for their Volunteer Day!
To celebrate Earth Month we will be heading to the LA Zoo to paint paper mache globes and boxes! These Enrichment Toys have treats hidden inside and are used to stimulate and provide some fun for the animals. So, get your creative juices flowing for this project.

Location: 5333 Zoo Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90027

Parking: Free parking in General Lot of Zoo.
What To Wear/Bring: Please wear closed toed shoes and clothes that you don’t mind getting a little dirty. The weather should be lovely around then, but bring a hat and make sure to wear your sunscreen!
Ages: 18+
Event Schedule:
9:00 AM – Introductions in Keck Plaza
9:30 AM to 11:30 AM – Paper Mache
and Painting at the Enrichment
Workshop
12:00 PM – World of Birds Show
12:30 PM – Explore the Zoo for the rest
of the day at the Zoo.
Additional Information: There’s plenty of areas to refill your water bottles throughout the day, and you can visit any of our concessions stands for lunch or snacks.
