G4G Los Angeles is volunteering with Acts of Compassion for their Thanksgiving Brunch
Join Gay For Good LA to volunteer with Acts of Compassion for their annual Thanksgiving Brunch. Our volunteers will be serving food and helping pass out clothing and shoes to those in need. Acts of Compassion has been serving their community since 2012. We have space for 20 volunteers, this is a great opportunity if you are busy Thanksgiving Day!
Date: Saturday, November 19th
Time: 9:00am – 1:00pm
Location: 8323 South Figueroa Street, Los Angeles, CA 90003
Parking: There is NO parking at the church; please park on the street or consider taking a ride-share. Street parking may take some time to find. Please arrive early in order to park and be at the event by the start time of 9am.
Age Restrictions: 18+

What to Wear: Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes to stand throughout the event.
Covid Protocols: This event is indoor/outdoor and you will be interacting with a large number of people. Please bring a mask just in case.
About Our Partner: We focus on making the maximum positive effort for our community by providing weekly meals for our Homeless community and hosting our Annual Christmas Party for kids. Our members and volunteers provide the momentum that helps us affect change by putting smiles on these children’s faces. Using data driven models, we provide solutions that make a long-lasting difference.
