G4G LA + Los Angeles Regional Food Bank LAUSD School Food Distribution

Volunteers needed to distribute food (Drive-Thru) at 3 Los Angeles area schools.

The number of people needing food assistance keeps increasing.  To support this growing need the LA Regional Food Bank has kicked off a new partnership with the LA Unified School District to distribute boxes of food to students and their families at various school sites using a “Drive-Thru” model. All volunteers must wear a mask or face covering to participate.  If you have a fever or are feeling ill the day of the event, please email info@gayforgood.org to let us know you are unable to attend. Thank you.

Volunteers Needed per Location: 10

Locations:

• OBAMA Middle School – 1 spot open as of 6/18
• LINCOLN High School – This location is full and currently has a waitlist
• MARQUEZ High School – 4 Spots Left 6/18

A 2 Step registration is required for this project. Please RSVP with Gay For Good AND via the link for school location you’d like to attend. Space is limited.
