G4G Denver + JeffCo Courage Garden Clean Up | May 17th 2025

Join us as we help clean up the JeffCo Courage Garden!

Volunteers will assist in the raking beds, covering with mini bark, weeding, digging out invasive plants, etc.

Date: Saturday, May 17th

Time: 9:00am-12:00pm

Location: Jefferson County Government Center – 100 Jefferson County Parkway, Golden, CO 

Project Lead: Fawn Dabrowiak

Volunteers Needed: 20

Parking: Park in the lot closest to W 6th Ave and follow the path to the garden. (more detailed instructions will be emailed)

Additional Information: This will take place rain, or shine, so please dress appropriately. It is recommended to bring some sun protection and water. Everyone is encouraged to bring their own gardening equipment, if available. Snacks and coffee will be provided.

About Our Partner: The Jefferson County Memorial Gardens were dedicated in 1995, in honor of Sgt. Timothy M. Mossbrucker, past employees/volunteers/elected officials who died while in service, and victims of violent crimes whose lives were irrevocably altered by actions over which they had no control.  

Before you register for any event please ensure that you are available and willing to attend. By registering you are confirming to our non-profit partners that you will be in attendance and it takes the opportunity away from any other interested volunteers.
