Come Out And Help Welcome Puppies Into Their New Home.

We will be volunteering at The Anti-Cruelty Society’s shelter in the River North neighborhood, helping puppies rescued from shelters in the southern U.S. feel welcome in their new home! We’ll be greeting and helping intake the puppies as they arrive on a transport van. The puppies will be a little scared and tired and will need some TLC!

Date: Tuesday, June 13
Time: 4:30–6:30pm
Location: 157 W. Grand Ave., Chicago, IL 60654 (Parking is very limited, so take public transportation or ride-shares if possible.)

Please dress comfortably and in clothing you won’t mind getting dirty. These pups will have been sitting in a transport carrier for over 12 hours, and may have gotten soiled during their trip. You will be provided with an apron, leash and towel for carrying the pups.
