Join Us at Walk MS: Chicago
Our volunteers will be working in the Top Fundraiser Area (TFA). Duties include providing exceptional customer service by welcoming and checking in Top Fundraisers, assisting with registration, answering questions, setting up and breaking down the TFA Registration area, and supporting the TFA Green Team. Onsite training will be provided, so please be on time.

Location: South Lot of Soldier Field, 459 East 18th Drive, Chicago, IL 60605
Volunteer Slots: 10
Ages: All ages welcome.
– Volunteers under 18 need to complete the volunteer consent form with guardian signature and bring it to the event.
– Volunteers 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

- For all volunteers: once you signup online, please email your first name, last name, and Unisex T-shirt size to chicago@gayforgood.org. Note: Due to the fit, it’s recommended to go up a size.
- For volunteers under age 18: The consent form can be found here, please complete and bring to the event.
What To Wear/Bring: Wear comfortable and weather-appropriate clothing you can freely move in. This is a rain or shine event, unless there is severe weather. Bring a water bottle if you’ll need it.
Parking/Transportation:
– CTA Red, Green, and Orange Lines to Roosevelt station +15 min walk. You’ll walk southeast along Roosevelt Road, crossing Michigan Avenue, and then follow the pedestrian path towards the stadium.
– Metra to Van Buren Station + 15 min walk and/or CTA bus transfer
– Metra to Union Station – catch CTA #7 bus at the Jackson and Chicago River Stop. Get off at the State and Jackson stop after four stops.
Please consult your Ventra or other public transportation app for route specifics.
If driving, please note free parking is difficult to find and likely far from the stadium. Parking at Soldier Field normally starts at $30. Leave extra time for event-day traffic.
