Volunteer for Big Shoulders Fund 4/3
Join G4G – Chicago in volunteering with the Big Shoulders Fund. Maternity BVM School is located on the northwest side of the Humboldt Park Community. The school participates in a number of Big Shoulders Fund programs, including receiving intensive coaching and professional development through the Data Driven Instruction Initiative, the Teacher Development Program, and the Literacy Initiative.
Volunteers will be deep cleaning, organizing the library and (depending on the weather) landscaping and painting.
***Additionally, if you fall into any category of a high risk individual, please stay at home. Thank you for you cooperation during these ever evolving changes.
Please check-in with G4G – Chicago Leader Ryan when you arrive! Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting a little dirty. Masks are required.
