G4G Boston + Voices Rising | June 8, 2025

When: Sunday, June 8 | 3:00 pm — 6:00 pm 

Where: Eliot Church, 474 Centre Street, Newton, MA
(There’s another church across the street. Eliot Church has a Pride flag.)

By car: There is limited onsite parking plus on street parking.
Public transit: From Kenmore, take the 57 bus to Watertown and get off at Hibbard @Tremont, 8 minute, .03 mile walk.

The Project: Celebrate Pride month by supporting Voices Rising with their spring concert.

• Pre-concert: Help with registrations, merchandise, payments, and directing attendees. Concert starts at 4:00. You will be able to see most of the concert. Also, if you would like to see the whole concert at their Saturday night performance in Boston, Voices Rising will give you a complementary ticket.
• Post-concert: Help with cleanup.

Dress Code: White shirt and black bottoms

Volunteers: 7 volunteer slots are available for this volunteer project (If project is sold out, email boston@gayforgood.org with your name and phone number to be put on the waitlist.)

Voices Rising is a feminist chorus of women and members of other gender minorities, such as trans, gender non-conforming, and non-binary people. They strive toward a living practice of the feminist principles of community and belonging, activism and education.
