What: Our annual favorite card making project is going virtual this year!

When: all month long (please send cards by February 1st)

Where: in the comfort and safety of your own home

Additional Details: Due to the current surge in COVID-19 infections, we are not holding any in person volunteer projects. January is when we usually make hundreds of Valentine’s Day cards for Boston elders by partnering with FriendshipWorks and the Boston Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence.

We’re not letting a global pandemic get in the way of this great project, and this year we’re asking volunteers to make Valentine’s Day cards in the comfort (and safety) of their own homes. We have a list of craft supplies and a whole sheet of suggested messages to help make  your at-home card making project easy and fun. Plus Steve and Julie from the G4G Boston leadership team have recorded this helpful video to explain the four easy steps in creating cards. There’s even a special cameo from Sister Gloria.
