What: Volunteers help either in the Food Pantry with grocery distribution OR in the kitchen / dining room to help setup, prepare, serve, and clean up breakfast and lunch.
Who We Support: Typically, 600 members of the community receive groceries each Saturday and around 100 members of the community enjoy healthy meals prepared by the kitchen volunteers and staff.
Both project tasks allow volunteers to interact with members of the larger Chelsea community. Our participation is vital to help families who are very grateful for our time and effort to support their needs.
