Join Gay for Good Boston as We Partner With Southwest Corridor Park Conservancy

Celebrate the first day of SPRING as we help clean up the park and plant small trees and bushes.

For those that are interested, we may go to nearby Five Horses Tavern (535 Columbus Avenue) afterwards for lunch or drink and socializing with fellow G4G volunteers.

Date: Saturday, March 22, 2025

Time: 9:30am – 12:30pm

Location: Southwest Corridor Park (we will meet in the park just across the street from the Mass Ave Orange Line T station). See map below. 

Volunteer Slots: 20

Ages: All ages are welcome

Project Lead: Carey (he/him)

Transportation/Parking: The Mass Ave Orange Line T stop or the #1 Bus will deliver you right to where we will be meeting. The Symphony Green Line T stop is two blocks away. There is limited visitor street parking in the surrounding neighborhood and the closest garage is the Stanhope Garage at 277 Northampton Street, 0.1 mile away.

What To Wear/Bring: Wear appropriate shoes and dress in layers depending on the weather. Bring garden gloves if you have them. Tools, gloves (if needed), and water will be provided.

About Our Partner: The Southwest Corridor Park Conservancy is a volunteer not for profit 501 (C)(3) organization whose mission is to restore, maintain and enhance the South End/Back Bay section of the Southwest Corridor Park.
