G4G Boston + New England Center and Home for Veterans | March 15, 2025

Volunteers will be helping with serving brunch meal to Veteran residents, assisting mobility-disabled Veterans with their trays and providing wait-staff support in the dinning hall.

About Our Partner: The Mission of the New England Center and Home for Veterans (NECHV) is to equip Veterans who are facing or at-risk of homelessness with the tools for economic self-sufficiency and to provide them a path to achieve successful and dignified independent living. A service and care provider for former military service men and women, the NECHV offers a broad array of programs and services that enable success, reintegration, meaningful employment and independent living.

Directions and Parking info: NECHV recommends parking in the Government Center Lot or the Post Office Square Lot. They are  about 5 minutes away from both.

Transportation: NECHV recommends taking public transportation if possible. They are a 2-minute walk from the Government Center MBTA Station (Green Line and Blue Line) and an 8-minute walk from the Haymarket MBTA Station (Orange Line and Green Line). There is also bus service from both sites.
