Who: G4G Boston + Holly Hill Farm

What: Hands-on volunteering that will help the Holly Hill Farm with growing, sifting compost and preparing garden beds for the growing season. We also might be helping in the food pantry or with conservation projects around the farm!

When: Saturday, April 29, 9:30am – 12:30pm

Where: Holly Hill Farm, 236 Jerusalem Road, Cohasset, MA 02025

Additional Details: Wear clothing that you don’t mind getting a little dirty as we spend a couple hours at a farm with the mission to grow healthy food in a sustainable fashion that helps protect the earth. On top of our hours of volunteering we’ll also be learning a little bit about what sustainable regenerative farming is all about! Enjoy the sunshine on the farm with us!

This project is limited to 15 volunteers. We’d also like to encourage carpooling if possible because the parking lot at the farm isn’t very large and we don’t want to take away all the spots from the farm stand customers.

Plus, it’s the first weekend of their annual plant sale, so a great opportunity to buy plants for your home garden!
