G4G Boston + FriendshipWorks – 1/22

WHEN: Saturday, January 22, 1:00pm – 4:00pm

WHERE: Arlington Street Church, 351 Boylston St, Boston, MA 02116

WHO: FriendshipWorks’ mission is to reduce social isolation, enhance the quality of life, and preserve the dignity of older adults in Greater Boston.

WHAT:  Join us and our divine hostesses, the Boston Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, as we create fabulous Valentine’s Day Cards. Materials will be provided; however, feel free to bring your creativity and arts and craft supplies to add that stylish twist or special design. The handmade Valentines will ultimately be delivered to older adults, in need of a friend, throughout the city by FriendshipWorks’ volunteers.

If you do not feel comfortable joining us in person this year, but still want to make cards, please register as a remote volunteer and you will be emailed all the information about making cards at home and will be provided a zoom link to join remotely if you want.
