Come Paddle the Potomac with us!

Do you want to meet fellow LGBTQIA+ volunteers in the DC area? Do you love being out on the water? Do you usually have nothing exciting to do on a Wednesday evening? If you answered yes to any of those questions, then we’d love for you to join us for our inaugural Paddle the Potomac event, co-hosted by our long-time partner organization, Potomac Conservancy, and Latino Outdoors.

For $15, you’ll get a single/double kayak or standup paddle board rental for two hours of paddling on the Potomac River. (Yes – life vest and paddle are included.) The event is suitable for beginners, experts and everyone in between.

We’ll plan to head down the road to Farmers Fishers Bakers afterwards for food and drinks. (Attendees will be responsible for their own food/beverage costs.)

For more details and to purchase tickets, please click here to visit the official event page on the Potomac Conservancy website.

Date: Wednesday, July 19th

Time: 6:00pm – 8:00pm
