
Gay For Good is proud to welcome four exceptional new leaders to our National Board of Directors for the 2025–2027 term. Each brings a wealth of experience, fresh ideas, and a deep commitment to building community and to LGBTQ+ inclusion through volunteerism.
Amie Brown of San Diego, CA, is a seasoned nonprofit and healthcare leader with strengths in strategic growth, fundraising, and community engagement. A longtime Gay For Good volunteer, Amie views board service as an opportunity to help bridge divides, foster connection, and amplify impact.
Jacqui Filbeck, based in Goldsboro, NC, is a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience in diverse care settings. With existing board leadership and a deep commitment to advocacy and allyship, Jacqui brings a thoughtful, equity-centered approach to service. She is passionate about creating inclusive spaces and supporting LGBTQ+ visibility.
Greg Matsunami of Palm Springs, CA, brings a background in corporate strategy, change leadership, and community advocacy. As a dedicated G4G volunteer, Greg combines strategic insight with a passion for mentoring and empowering diverse teams. He looks forward to helping advance the organization’s goals and mission-driven initiatives.
Andrew Spatafora of Chicago, IL Andrew Spatafora is a digital strategist and nonprofit leader who specializes in community building and youth empowerment. A recent volunteer with the G4G Chicago chapter, Andrew brings a strong desire to help scale the organization’s reach and deepen engagement across new audiences and platforms.
These new directors are joining recently elected officers Brian Paul Allen, Sterling Williams, Janine Vesper and Diego Sanchez, and Co-Founder, Tony Biel.

Gay For Good is currently implementing a new strategic plan that the board will be responsible for overseeing for the next several years.
