Volunteer with G4G OC/Long Beach at the OneOC Orange County Community Cup
Gay For Good OC/Long Beach volunteers will help to lead two field-side service projects that will benefit the clients of the Thomas House Family Shelter.
We will help coordinate and oversee assembly lines to:
- Fill and decorate Halloween candy gift bags for the juvenile clients
- Fill backpack tote bags with hygiene toiletry items and socks for their clients experiencing homelessness.
Other volunteer tasks may be assigned as needed onsite that day

What to Wear: Comfortable clothes and shoes.

About our partner: More about our partner and this event: OneOC’s 2022 Community Cup event will take place on Saturday, October 22. Community Cup brings together over 1,000 participants to take part in a fun, athletic event designed to help organizations increase employee engagement, promote teamwork, and support nonprofits. Companies and nonprofits form teams and compete to win a donation to their charity of choice.
