G4G SAN FRANCISCO + SF FOOD BANK

WHAT: Join us at the San Francisco Food Bank for our December service event.

In the past this has been one of our most popular events – it’s usually a lot of fun. We don’t yet know what we’ll be doing – we’ll be assigned a task on the day – but in the past we’ve bagged rice and pasta.

WHEN: Saturday, December 15th, from 12 to 2pm

WHERE: SF-Marin Food Bank, 900 Pennsylvania Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94107. Street parking is available.

ATTIRE: Closed-toe shoes are required as we’ll be working in a warehouse and things could fall. As it’s a food storage facility it can also be cold, so bring layers!

WHERE TO REPORT: Enter the building through the Receiving Entrance on the south side of the building near the loading dock.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Space is limited to 35 people
