G4G Raleigh-Durham + Raleigh Food Bank

Join us again as we volunteer with the Raleigh branch of the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina!

WHEN: August 27 from 9AM–Noon.

WHERE: 1924 Capital Blvd., Raleigh NC

In addition to registering here, please also register with the food bank using this link: FOOD BANK. Registration with the Food Bank is REQUIRED in order to volunteer.

You’ll be required to set up an account if you haven’t already – then you’ll use our registration code “gayforgood” (which will automatically be added using that link)!

NOTE: This project is limited to 10 volunteers. Please let us know if there you’re not able to attend – especially do not join us if you’re experiencing COVID symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive.

This project is open to volunteers age 16 and above (or 12+ with an adult chaperone, per the Food Bank’s rules). We will be following whatever COVID guidelines are in place at the time, so be prepared to wear a mask.

After our project is completed, we can grab lunch nearby. The project leader (Amanda) will contact you with more information as we get nearer to the project date.
