ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
MFTA volunteer nights, affectionately known as Warehouse Wednesdays, are held every week from 6-8PM. We invite energetic volunteers to help prepare our warehouse for “shopping days” by sorting and displaying a variety of donated materials that we receive from businesses throughout NYC. We unpack all types of materials – from fabric, trim, arts & crafts supplies, buttons, beads, office supplies to household items. We ask that all volunteers dress appropriately by wearing comfortable shoes and clothes that they do not mind getting dirty.
