FAQs

Do I need to sign a waiver? 

Yes, signed safety waivers will be required to participate. Waivers will be made available soon! Volunteers under 18 must have their waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

All ages are welcome! Volunteers 13 and younger must be accompanied by an adult. No need to print ticket!

Where is the event located?

The event address is 12501 Vista Del Mar, Playa del Rey CA 90293. Near the El Segundo Beach Cafe and Dockweiler Youth Center. Signs and volunteers will be located near the parking entrance. Registration will be on the beach in front of the El Segundo Beach Cafe. Entrance to the parking lot is only accessible via Vista Del Mar.

What are my parking options for the event?

Public Parking is available. We strongly suggest carpooling, biking, or using public transportation to get to our cleanup site.

What to bring?

  • A reusable water bottle. Water will be available but we will have limited cups.
  • Signed waiver.
  • If you have reusable gloves, buckets or bags, go ahead and bring them! If not we will be providing supplies.
  • Volunteers are encouraged to wear closed-toed shoes, sunblock, and a hat.
