Before September 26 – 3 Days Before the Project

In addition to signing up for this event with G4G, The North Texas Food Bank (NTFB) would like all volunteers to register online with them before September 26. To do so,

1. Go to the NTFB website and create an account. If you already have an account with them, just sign in. If you run into any problems, some of our members have reported success by going straight to the NTFB volunteer calendar.
2. Go to the NTFB online volunteer calendar and under September 29, 2018, select 9 am – 11 am Plano Sorting AM Shift, and follow the instructions.
3. When asked for a “Join Code”, enter G4G.
4. Keep your account information and “Join Code”, just in case you need it on the day of the project.

On September 29 – Day of the Project

Meet at the entrance to the warehouse, and sign in so we can start working promptly at 9:00am. If you were unable to create an account and select this shift on their volunteer calendar earlier, you will need to do so now before you can start work.

Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes suitable for work in a warehouse; Do not wear open-toe shoes, sandals, nor flip-flops.
