G4G LA + LA ZOO - Earth Day Project

GAY FOR GOOD LA – EARTH DAY – SERVICE PROJECT with LA ZOO
When: Saturday, April 16 – 9am-1pm
Where: LA Zoo – 5333 Zoo Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90027
What: For Earth Day, volunteers will show off their creativity and paint paper mache globes for the animal enclosures. These are used as toys and inside will have treats for the animals to eat.
Meet at the LA Zoo entrance, (look for Gay For Good banner). Zoo volunteer coordinator will escort volunteers to project area. The LA Zoo is still requiring masks be worn by volunteers and proof of vaccination (so please bring your mask and proof). Project will be outdoors, please bring sunscreen or sunhat. This is a fun project, that involves painting so you may get paint on your clothing or shoes (it is washable, but just in case not your best outfit).
