G4G Columbus + Light the Night Walk

ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Join us for Light the Night – A fundraiser walk that brings together Blood Cancer patients, their families and friends, and the community from Central Ohio, together for one night to help raise awareness, and funds to find a cure!

As Volunteer, you’ll be: Helping walkers register, tend the Warming Nook as you hand out hot chocolate and coffee, assist with way-finding using flashlights to guide walkers, and helping keep the Team Tent clean!

We will meet at the old station arch in front the park before we get started. Please arrive 15 minutes before start time to allow time for sign-ins and assignments.

Food will be provided for the event night volunteers, and each volunteer will receive a free Volunteer T-shirt!

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Light The Night Walk funds treatments that are saving the lives of patients today. LLS is making cures happen by providing patient support services, advocating for lifesaving treatments and pioneering the most promising cancer research anywhere. Each year friends, families and coworkers form teams to raise money in support of our mission. This year, in the fall, these teams and their communities Light The Night at our walks where we gather together to celebrate, honor and remember those touched by cancer.
