ABOUT: Open Arms clients will receive a frozen turkey and all the fixings ahead of the holiday so that they can host their loved ones for Thanksgiving. Volunteers will meet at Open Arms for a brief overview of Open Arms and the meal delivery process. Then volunteers divide into delivery teams, typically 2-3 people, to deliver THANKSGIVING meals (frozen turkeys and all the fixings) to 2-3 clients living in the Twin Cities metro area. Each delivery team receives a delivery route sheet with pertinent client details, a route map and turn by turn directions. Groups do provide their own vehicles for delivery. Each route = 1 car (2-3 people per car)
