G4G Raleigh-Durham + A Place At The Table

Join us for our first project as a Gay For Good chapter as we do a shift at A Place At The Table, a pay-what-you-can-cafe whose mission is to provide community and healthy food for all, regardless of means. The cafe is located at 300 W. Hargett St. in downtown Raleigh. For more information on A Place At The Table, please visit their website http://www.tableraleigh.org.  Our duties will most likely entail busing tables, washing dishes and cleaning up. Prior to our shift, we can eat at the cafe, or go out for coffee or a snack afterwards. The project is open to all 18 years and older.
